Lester Hall is the Founder, President and Senior Pastor of New Life Church. He started New Life Church in 1981 after spending 21 years serving the Lord within the Church of God denomination based out of Cleveland, Tennessee. Pastor Hall is the primary minister during our Sunday 10 AM services. Mark Hall is our Associate Pastor. He is the second oldest of four children to Lester and Jewel Hall and serves as the lead minister for our Saturday Evening services. In addition to preaching and teaching on a weekly basis, Mark also plays bass guitar, sings as part of the music ministry, assists Pastor Hall with the daily responsibilities of the ministry, and leads two life groups for men. Dennis Sharbono serves as the Liaison Pastor for New Life Church. As the Liaison Pastor, Dennis serves our sister churches, New Life Community Church in Roundup, MT and Still Waters Family Worship Center in Columbus, MT. Dennis also serves as a police chaplain, ministers at the local youth & adult jails, hosts a midweek life group, and owns his own hardwood flooring company, Soft Touch Designs. His wife Peggy is the Women’s Ministry Director and they together are a continual blessing to all of New Life Church. As if Dennis doesn’t do enough, he is also training for his private pilot license.

Ronda Kiesser is our Connections Pastor. She started working full time at New Life in 2010 after years of serving the church in the music ministry, women’s ministry, life group ministry, youth ministry, and many other ways. As the Connections Pastor, Ronda is responsible for connecting with first time visitors, maintaining church relations with existing members, and encouraging & rallying people to come together in our local body for the causes of Christ. Danny Houde has been our Youth Pastor since 1998. After graduating from Bible College, and leading a Young Adults Ministry in Canada, Danny and his wife started a drama team during the early years of their ministry at New Life. From that point he became the Youth Pastor of what is known today as Clay Youth Ministries. He ministers on a weekly basis at Clay, oversees all departments of both the youth and children’s ministries, leads the youth drama team, hosts a bi-weekly men’s discipleship group, and is also involved in the designing and editing of most New Life Church publications and printouts. Laurie Houde works alongside her husband, Danny, as one our Youth Pastors. In 1999, after being asked by Pastor Hall to start a children’s ministry, Laurie birthed Super Church and started her 11 year journey as our Children’s Pastor. The children’s ministry continued to expand, and in 2011 she was able to hand it off to the directors that she had raised up. Laurie now preaches and teaches on a weekly basis both in Clay, and at her life group entitled “Mom’s on a Mission.” In addition to her work at the church, Laurie is also a mother of 4 (Danika, Tessa, Jayda & Micah), runs a small day care in her home, and travels and speaks as God opens the doors. Abe Madinger is our Associate Youth Pastor. He came on staff in April of 2008 to assist Pastor Danny in the growing youth ministry after serving 3 years as the Assistant Director at a local prayer ministry called The Boiler Room. As a full time Pastor at the church, Abe leads Abide (youth praise and worship team), assists Danny & Laurie in preaching & teaching, leads worship for New Life weekend services, and manages the content and design of the New Life Church website. Patti is our Secretary & Treasurer. After working in both the medical field and food service industry, she came to New Life in 1996. She says, “Coming to work at New Life has proven to be the best move of my working career.” Patti is responsible for the secretarial, financial, and all daily business related operations of the church. Laura Hall came on staff as our Church Administrator/Children’s Ministry Coordinator in 2011. She was born and raised in Billings and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Montana State University Billings. As the Church Administrator, she works closely with the pastoral staff in organizing and helping with the operations aspect of church. Laura also works as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator, involving her in a wide range of responsibilities ranging from organizing volunteers, to summer camp administrating, and much more. Read more…
